Shipping and Returns
1. Shipping Policy
As all Ayeka products are made to order, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be dispatched.
Once your order has been dispatched, you are responsible for tracking your shipment to ensure it arrives safely at your nominated delivery address.
2. Exchange Policy
Ayeka takes care to ensure that all products are in excellent condition and are securely packaged prior to shipment.
If your product(s) arrive damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at hello@ayeka.com.au and provide clear images showing the damage.
We reserve the right to request additional information, including further descriptions or images, and may require the damaged item to be returned to us.
Once both parties (you and Ayeka) have assessed and agreed that the product is damaged, we will arrange for a replacement of the same item to be sent to your shipping address. We do not offer replacements with alternative products.
3. Returns and Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us as soon as possible. We are unable to process cancellations once an order has been dispatched. If you would like to cancel or amend part of your order, please notify us promptly so we can make changes before shipment and/or arrange a refund where applicable.
If you no longer wish to keep your item(s) after dispatch, you may request a return once the order has been delivered. A full refund will be issued provided that:
The item(s) are unused, sealed, and in brand-new condition;
Proof of purchase is provided (e.g. receipt or order number);
and All shipping costs (both original and return postage) are covered by the customer.
Returned items must be sent to our nominated return address after you have provided us with the tracking details. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will notify you in writing regarding your refund eligibility. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
