Shipping and Returns

1. Shipping Policy

As Ayeka products are made to order, please allow for up to 3 days before your order is dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, it is solely your responsibility to track your order to make sure that it arrives safely to your doorstep. 

2. Exchange Policy

Ayeka ensures that every product is in excellent condition, securely wrapped and sealed before shipment. If the product(s) you receive have been damaged during transit, you will need to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your goods at hello@ayeka.com.au and provide images detailing the damages incurred.  

We reserve the right to request for more information (eg. detailed description, images) as well as request the return of the damaged product. 

After both parties (you and Ayeka) have discussed and agreed upon the damage, we will send a replacement product to your shipping address. We will not accept any requests to send out a different product to replace the damaged item other than the originally purchased product.

 

3. Returns and Cancellations

You will need to contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. We do not accept cancellations if the order has already been dispatched. If you would like to cancel/change a single item from your order, please notify us as soon as possible so we can amend your order before shipment and/or arrange a refund. 

If you decide that you still do not want the products after they have been dispatched, we are able to organise a return of the item(s) once it has been delivered. You will receive a full refund given that:

  • The returned item(s) are sealed and in brand new condition;

  • You provide proof of purchase (eg. receipt or order number); and

  • Any return postage and initial postage will be covered by the customer.

Items can be returned to us by post to our return postal address after providing us with the tracking number. As soon as we receive the item(s), we will notify you in writing to advise you of your refund entitlement. The refund will then be processed back into the account used to make the initial order.

Please note: The cost of returning the item to us will be at the expense of the customer, unless the item was found to be faulty or was the wrong item sent.
